Argentum provides private equity capital to service businesses in the lower end of the middle-market. We apply a platform build strategy for business, industrial, healthcare, and technology-enabled service companies. Since raising our first fund in 1990, Argentum has invested in over 60 companies and supported over 130 add-on acquisitions made by these platform companies.

We focus on businesses that can be scaled into much larger enterprises through a combination of organic growth and a targeted acquisition strategy. Argentum has a long and successful track record of partnering with outstanding managers to build market leading companies and of achieving outstanding returns. 

We manage funds with total capital of over $300 million and are currently investing out of funds with capital of approximately $125 million.
