Argentum Reports on Active 2017

2017 represented another successful and active year for Argentum, during which we completed 13 transactions including:

• Three (3) new platform investments
• Three (3) recapitalizations
• Two (2) add-on acquisitions
• Five (5) follow-on financings

We continue to partner with our entrepreneurs and management teams to build significant value in Argentum’s portfolio companies. We accomplish this by originating acquisitions and partnerships, recruiting senior executives and board members, initiating customer opportunities, and assisting our companies in raising capital and consummating strategic transactions.
