Daniel Raynor is a Managing Partner and co-founder of The Argentum Group. Dan has more than 18 years of private equity experience during which time he has led over 30 investments for Argentum funds.

Dan’s areas of investment expertise include outsourced services, healthcare, and enterprise software. He currently serves on the board of directors of Applied Data Systems (embedded computer systems), Community Education Centers (treatment-oriented prisons), ExpertPlan (web-based benefit plan administration), FutureHealth (disease management services), NuCo2 (CO2 Distribution), Paciolan (ticket management solutions for live entertainment venues), Research Pharmaceutical Services (clinical trials outsourcing services), Transforce (staffing for the transportation industry), and Bio-Kinetic Clinical Applications (outsourced Phase 1 clinical trial services).

Prior to co-founding Argentum in 1988, Dan was senior vice president, corporate finance of Steinberg & Lyman (now Healthcare Ventures, LLC, one of the largest private equity firms focused on the healthcare industry). Dan received a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
