Daniel Raynor

Daniel Raynor is a Managing Partner and co-founder of The Argentum Group. Dan has more than 20 years of private equity experience during which time he has led over 30 investments for Argentum and served on the board of 28 companies.

Dan's areas of expertise include business services, healthcare, technology enabled services, and logistics. Dan led the firm's investments in NuCo2 (Nasdaq "NUCO", acquired by Aurora Capital Group), ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services (acquired by Warburg Pincus), Specialty Healthcare Management (acquired by Horizon Health, now part of Universal Health Services - NYSE "UHS"), ExpertPlan (acquired by Ascensus), Dynamic Healthcare Technologies (acquired by Cerner), FutureHealth (acquired by Nationwide Insurance), Applied Data Systems (acquired by Eurotech), Paciolan (acquired by Ticketmaster), Parallax Capital Partners and White Cap Industries (Nasdaq "WHCP", acquired by Home Depot, Inc.). Dan currently serves on the board of Chrome River Technologies, Community Education Centers, MarginPoint, QPS, and Transforce.

Prior to co-founding Argentum in 1988, Dan was senior vice president, corporate finance of Steinberg & Lyman (now Healthcare Ventures, LLC, a leading private equity firms focused on the healthcare industry). Dan received a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
