Argentum Completes 16 Transactions in 2016

2016 was another successful and active year for Argentum. We were honored to be named as SBIC of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration. During the year, we completed three new platform investments, seven add-on acquisitions, and six follow-on financings. We also continued to build significant value in Argentum’s existing portfolio by initiating acquisition opportunities, recruiting senior executives and board members, and assisting our companies in raising capital and consummating strategic transactions.
