Mike Ulliman is a Principal at Argentum and is involved in sourcing new deal opportunities, evaluating and executing new investment transactions, and working directly with Argentum’s portfolio companies. Mike’s areas of expertise include software and technology-enabled services.
Prior to joining Argentum, Mike worked at Barclays in the Technology, Media & Telecom investment banking group where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Previously, Mike worked as an investment banking analyst at Signal Hill Capital Group and as an analyst in Comerica Bank’s venture debt group.
Mike received his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech and MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
