Michael Lipin is an Associate at Argentum. Michael is involved in sourcing new deal opportunities, evaluating and executing new investment transactions, financial modeling and working directly with Argentum’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Argentum, Michael worked at Barclays in the Technology investment banking group where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Previously, Michael worked as an investment banking analyst at AGC Partners and as an analyst at UBS.
Michael holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University, where he played lacrosse.
